One-on-One Sessions

One-on-one somatic therapy sessions offer a compassionate and body-centred approach to healing trauma, stress, and emotional overwhelm. Grounded in Somatic Experiencing® these sessions focus on gently guiding you to reconnect with the physical sensations in your body, helping to release stored tension and restore balance to your nervous system.​

Rather than revisiting traumatic stories, we work with your body’s innate wisdom to complete unresolved stress responses. This process can alleviate symptoms such as anxiety, hypervigilance, chronic pain, and emotional numbness. Each session is tailored to your pace and needs, fostering a sense of safety, resilience, and empowerment as you move toward greater self-awareness and well-being.​

Embodied Soul Somatic Presence: A 5 Session Group Somatic Pulsation

Step into the rhythm of your body, the wisdom of your soul, and the power of presence. In this 5-week online group journey, we’ll explore the pulses of life within — sensations, emotions, and the subtle currents that guide us toward wholeness.

Through guided somatic practices, embodied movement, and supported group connection, we will move together through themes of presence, fear, anger, shame, and co-regulation, discovering how to listen to the body, honor emotions, and awaken creative expression.

This pulsation is for anyone longing to:

  • Ground in the body and cultivate embodied awareness - returning home to the language of sensations, where presence begins and the self finds its anchor.

  • Meet challenging emotions with curiosity and care - explore the patterns we once adapted to survive, and whether they still serve us as we grow in curiosity and self-compassion.

  • Learn practical tools for self- and co-regulation, and resilience - discover how regulation begins in the body and extends into connection with others, creating a foundation of mutual support.

  • Experience the healing resonance of being seen and held in community - relate with self and others in openness, autonomy, and the healthy assertion of boundaries.

  • Step into authentic expression and the flow of life - explore what you wish to share with the world, affirm your creativity, and imagine a future anchored in presence.

Somatic [R]evolution
Group Therapy

Somatic [R]evolution is group therapy based on the principles of Somatic Experiencing as taught by Dr Peter Levine and other body based practitioners who are leaders in their respective fields. These somatic group therapy sessions explore our Re-Evolution as we return to ourselves and re-remember our mind-body connection and embodiment.

What you'll learn

  • Sensing the body and orientation - fundamentals of how we relate to the self through space and body weight.

  • Boundary exploration - exercises to explore our boundary as we move in relation to each other and discover what comes up. 

  • Nature connection - a somatic approach to connect to nature through our body and process the challenges of the climate crisis.

  • Focusing - a body based technique to process emotions and sensations.

  • Meditations - to bring group coherence and grounding.

  • Somatic healing - to process trauma through group practices, co-regulation, and embracing relationality.

  • Movement - to follow the body's impulses to move through resistance, change body shape, and experience joy.

Online Group Therapy - English

Healing doesn’t have to happen alone. In our online group sessions, we practice co-regulation, which helps the nervous system find safety and balance. Together, we explore how others cope with trauma, discover new ways to reconnect with our bodies, and experience the support of a community that understands.

Group therapy offers not only tools for personal healing, but also the chance to build meaningful connections with people who share similar experiences.

Verinder's Somatic [R]evolution group therapy sessions are a transformative journey to deep inner healing which foster a profound connection with the team and community through co-regulation. These can be a day event or a weekly regular schedule. The group therapy sessions are tailored to your needs so please email and we can discuss the details.
