One-on-One Sessions

One-on-one sessions offer a compassionate and body-centred approach to healing trauma, stress, and emotional overwhelm. Grounded in Somatic Experiencing® these sessions focus on gently guiding you to reconnect with the physical sensations in your body, helping to release stored tension and restore balance to your nervous system.​

Rather than revisiting traumatic stories, we work with your body’s innate wisdom to complete unresolved stress responses. This process can alleviate symptoms such as anxiety, hypervigilance, chronic pain, and emotional numbness. Each session is tailored to your pace and needs, fostering a sense of safety, resilience, and empowerment as you move toward greater self-awareness and well-being.​

Our sessions provide a supportive space to explore healing from the inside out.

Somatic [R]evolution
Group Therapy

Somatic [R]evolution is group therapy based on the principles of Somatic Experiencing as taught by Dr Peter Levine and other body based practitioners who are leaders in their respective fields. These somatic group therapy sessions explore our Re-Evolution as we return to ourselves and re-remember our mind-body connection and embodiment.

What you'll learn

  • Sensing the body and orientation - fundamentals of how we relate to the self through space and body weight.

  • Boundary exploration - exercises to explore our boundary as we move in relation to each other and discover what comes up. 

  • Nature connection - a somatic approach to connect to nature through our body and process the challenges of the climate crisis.

  • Focusing - a body based technique to process emotions and sensations.

  • Meditations - to bring group coherence and grounding.

  • Somatic healing - to process trauma through group practices, co-regulation, and embracing relationality.

  • Movement - to follow the body's impulses to move through resistance, change body shape, and experience joy.

Verinder's Somatic [R]evolution group therapy sessions are a transformative journey to deep inner healing which foster a profound connection with the team and community through co-regulation. These can be a day event or a weekly regular schedule. The group therapy sessions are tailored to your needs so please email and we can discuss the details.
