One-on-One Online Somatic Therapy
I offer individual online somatic therapy sessions grounded in Somatic Experiencing®, a gentle, naturalistic body-based approach to nervous system regulation, and Dr Gabor Maté’s Compassionate Inquiry.
Many people begin this work knowing something isn’t working, even if they can’t name exactly what they need. We can explore that together, without pressure or long-term commitment upfront.
As you move through your own therapeutic journey, you’ll build lasting tools and self-awareness that stay with you, skills you can draw on to regulate yourself long beyond our sessions together.
This work is particularly suited to people who:
live with ongoing stress, anxiety, or burnout
feel capable and functional, but are internally exhausted
notice emotional reactions that don’t feel aligned with their intentions
feel disconnected from their body or emotions
recognise recurring patterns they understand intellectually but haven’t been able to shift
have tried talking-based therapy without feeling lasting change
don’t necessarily want to talk about their experiences in detail
are expats, frequent travellers, or people navigating high-responsibility international lives
Between sessions, you have direct access to me should you need a word of support. You'll also be given practical exercises to work with in your own time, building a personal toolkit that supports your process and develops your capacity to regulate yourself day to day.
Sessions focus on supporting your nervous system to settle and reorganise, rather than analysing or pushing for insight. We work with present-moment bodily sensations, internal resources, and careful pacing to support stability, resilience, and meaningful change over time.
You don’t need to relive past experiences or have a clear story for this work to be effective. The focus is on helping your system respond differently — now.
Online Sessions
All sessions are offered online. Many people find this format supportive, as it allows them to work from a familiar environment while still engaging deeply in the process. Particular attention is given to pacing, safety, and how regulation is supported remotely.

Sessions are usually weekly, particularly at the start, to support nervous system continuity. We review the frequency together over time rather than fixing a rigid structure in advance.

From time to time, I also offer a small, time-limited online group programme focused on nervous system regulation over a structured period: the Embodied Soul Somatic Presence: A 5 Session Group Pulsation.

prefer a group setting where not all the attention is on them
want an accessible entry point before committing to one-to-one sessions
